Purpose of the Honorary Council
The Honorary Council is a distinguished public and institutional circle designed to accompany MYCDIC with
goodwill, visibility, diplomatic friendship, international credibility, and moral support. Honorary members
may help strengthen the Council's image, facilitate constructive dialogue, encourage youth engagement, and
support bridges between Morocco, international institutions, civil society, academia, culture, and public life.
The presence of honorary members reflects respect, recognition, and confidence. It allows MYCDIC to benefit
from external prestige and high-level encouragement while preserving the independence of its internal organs,
elected or appointed bodies, administrative procedures, and official decision-making channels.
Honorary membership is a mark of esteem and public support. It is not an employment position, executive office, legal mandate, or internal administrative function.
Authority and institutional limits

operational files, member supervision, finances, appointments, disciplinary decisions, official correspondence,
