MYCDIC v1.9.31.0
Territorial Maps, Morocco Regions/Cities and Local Leadership

1. MOROCCO MAP ACTIVATED
- Added the clean 12-region Morocco map supplied for this update as /images/morocco-regions-map.webp.
- National Office now uses an exact-aspect-ratio map stage, so marker positions are calculated against the map itself instead of an oversized container.
- The 12 existing marker numbers remain 1-12 and match the regional directory order.
- Corrected initial X/Y positions for all 12 regions.
- Hovering or keyboard-focusing a marker displays region name, capital, status, city-record count and published leader when available.
- The map can be hidden, replaced or restored from Institutional Admin > Regional & Local Networks.

2. VISUAL MAP POSITION EDITOR
- Region X/Y coordinates can now be changed by clicking directly on the Morocco map in the dashboard.
- For international representations, upload a clean country territorial map, then select the country and click directly on the map to place each region/city marker.
- The numeric X/Y values remain available for precise adjustments.

3. INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY MAP ACTIVATION
Dashboard path: Regional & Local Networks > Map activation.
- Choose the country representation.
- Upload its territorial map once.
- Add Region or City records below that representation.
- Use the visual map picker to place each marker.
- The public /network/{country}/ page activates the map automatically and shows numbered markers.
- Marker hover/focus shows the local structure name, level, status and leader if published.

4. MOROCCO REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONTROL
Each of the 12 region records now supports:
- Status and public-page activation
- Linked verified MYCDIC member OR a manual public leader record
- Public leader title
- Leader photo upload (persistent until replaced)
- Biography
- LinkedIn and website
- Region summary
- Office address, public email and public phone
- Regional priorities
- Activities
- Image gallery
- Map X/Y position

When a verified member is linked, their live public member photo/profile is used automatically. Updating that member later updates the connected territorial pages without duplicating the person record.

5. MOROCCO CITY CONTROL
Every city record now supports the same operational controls:
- Planned/Preparing/Active/Published/Operational/Paused status
- Page on/off
- Linked member or manual local leader
- Leader photo, biography and public title
- Public contact data
- Priorities and activities
- Gallery
- Region connection

The region page now separates the city name and status correctly and also displays published city representatives with their images.

6. NATIONAL OFFICE SYNCHRONIZATION
/national-office-rabat.aspx now reads territorial leadership directly from the same PHP registry.
- Regional leaders appear in a Published Territorial Leadership directory.
- City leaders also appear there when published.
- Uploaded manual leader photos and linked member photos use the same source everywhere.
- Region pages and city pages remain synchronized with the National Office directory.

7. REGION AND CITY PUBLIC MICROSITES
- Rebuilt region and city pages with clearer public-status cards.
- Added rich leadership cards.
- Added public contacts, priorities, activity, image galleries and linked structure navigation.
- Images open through a public lightbox.
- Planned pages continue to be explicitly presented as planning records and remain protected from implying an active office before activation.

8. INTERNATIONAL LOCAL OFFICE PAGES
- Country-level region/city records now also support manual/linked leadership, photos, biographies, priorities, activities, gallery and contact data.
- Public territorial-office pages use the same richer profile design.

9. DATA
- territorial-network.json upgraded to schema version 1.9.31.0.
- Existing 12 regions and 60 cities were preserved.
- Existing routes remain compatible.
- Clean map and default corrected coordinates are bundled for new installations.
