Mission of Council Advisors
Council advisors contribute to MYCDIC by offering structured advice, professional experience,
sector knowledge, strategic orientation, and external perspective. Their mission is to help the
Council make better institutional decisions, improve programs, strengthen public credibility, and
maintain a responsible standard in youth diplomacy and international cooperation.
The Advisory Council may be consulted on projects, events, partnerships, training programs,
public communication, representation opportunities, internal governance, and long-term institutional
development. Advisors may also mentor young members and help identify risks before the Council enters
a partnership, campaign, representation activity, or public initiative.
Advisory participation is based on trust, confidentiality, seriousness, and respect for the Council's internal rules. It is not a personal title to be used outside the limits approved by MYCDIC.
Authority, Limits and Protection
The Advisory Council supports the Council but does not replace the Presidency, the General Secretariat,
the Central Administration, or any competent MYCDIC body. Final decisions, appointments, public positions,
official statements, disciplinary measures, partnerships, and representation authorizations remain under
the authority of the Council's approved structure.
- Advisors may give advice, recommendations, review notes, mentoring, or technical support.
- Advisors may not represent MYCDIC publicly unless written authorization is issued.
- Use of the MYCDIC name, logo, title, email, documents, or contacts must follow official rules.
- MYCDIC may suspend, remove, replace, or stop listing an advisor when institutional interest requires it.
