Appointment authority, duration, reporting obligations, renewal, suspension, and termination are governed by the competent decision and applicable internal rules.
A public listing confirms only the information shown and does not create diplomatic status, public authority, or representation beyond the approved MYCDIC mandate.

The public register separates the appointment decision, the verified person profile, the institutional office and the period of mandate. A notice is evidence of an approved institutional act; it does not replace the live verification record.
Each published notice may identify a decision reference, issuing authority, effective date and the office or representation concerned.
Public profile and verification pages provide the current status of the appointment and should be consulted when a mandate changes.
Archived notices remain part of the institutional record even when the related mandate has ended or a successor has been appointed.
Notices and supporting documents are published only through authorized dashboard workflows and may be corrected, replaced or archived with an audit trail.
