Official institutional position page

This page is an official public explanation of MYCDIC's internal appointment framework and a secure entry point for registered members. It is not a public recruitment promise, employment offer, contract, or automatic right to represent the Council. The competent MYCDIC authority retains full discretion to interpret internal needs, verify eligibility, protect the institution, and decide whether any appointment should proceed.

Read Membership Law

Eligibility first

Only members in good standing may be considered. MYCDIC may verify identity, membership status, discipline record, availability, skills, and conduct before reviewing any application.

No automatic rights

An application, interview, task, message, or prior service does not guarantee appointment, renewal, certificate, title, public representation, reimbursement, or permanent access.

Renewal is discretionary

Mandates may be renewed only where performance, loyalty, ethics, institutional need, and competent approval support renewal. Silence or past service does not imply renewal.

Protection of MYCDIC

The Council may restrict, suspend, remove, expel, or refuse future access when conduct harms MYCDIC, misuses its name, breaches confidentiality, or contradicts internal rules.

Official appointment rules

Mandates, authority, conduct, and institutional protection

These rules provide a clear public reference for members, applicants, partners, and other interested parties. Case-specific decisions remain subject to the Council's statutes, Membership Law, internal regulations, competent resolutions, and applicable law.

Mandate duration and renewal

  • Unless otherwise decided by the competent authority, ordinary member positions and internal assignments are generally valid for one year.
  • Ordinary mandates may be renewed, replaced, reduced, suspended, or ended depending on performance, conduct, availability, and institutional needs.
  • The mandate of the Council Presidency and the General Secretariat is ten years and may be renewed according to internal rules and continuity needs.
  • No member may claim renewal, title continuation, or public representation unless a valid written decision confirms it.

Council authority to protect the institution

  • MYCDIC may warn, restrict, suspend, remove, expel, or refuse renewal for any member who violates internal rules or harms the Council.
  • The Council may revoke official email access, credentials, documents, badges, certificates, titles, social media access, or authorization to speak on behalf of MYCDIC.
  • The Council may refuse future applications from persons who abandoned duties, misused information, breached confidentiality, or acted against institutional integrity.
  • Disciplinary or administrative decisions may be recorded internally for governance, verification, legal, archive, and institutional protection purposes.

Confidentiality and correct use of MYCDIC identity

  • Members must not copy, publish, transfer, or disclose internal vacancy information, credentials, documents, lists, screenshots, or deliberations without authorization.
  • MYCDIC names, logos, official emails, role titles, stamps, letters, and presentation materials may be used only for approved Council purposes.
  • Public statements, media contact, institutional outreach, partnerships, or representation require prior authorization from the competent MYCDIC office.
  • Leaving a role does not remove confidentiality duties or the obligation to return, delete, or stop using internal material when requested.

Applications and member responsibilities

  • Members must provide accurate information and may be asked for documents, availability details, project examples, or references.
  • A member may be moved to another role if the Council considers that another assignment better serves institutional priorities.
  • Appointments may be provisional, conditional, honorary, project-based, office-based, remote, temporary, or subject to probation.
  • Questions, corrections, or clarification requests should be submitted through the official contact form for routing to the competent office.
