MYCDIC works to make its public information and services accessible and progressively improves older material where needed.
Visual clarity
Core pages use responsive typography, stronger contrast, scalable layouts, descriptive headings, and status messages that do not rely on color alone.
Forms and documents
Priority forms use labels, required-field guidance, validation feedback, and live regions. New public PDFs are reviewed for readable structure, while legacy files remain under remediation.
Known limitations

- Some older pages may contain legacy markup that is being progressively standardized.
- Some historic PDF files may not yet contain complete tags, bookmarks, or alternative text.
- Third-party services linked from MYCDIC follow their own accessibility practices.
- Older videos may not yet include complete captions or transcripts.

Continuous accessibility work
Identify
Issues are identified through internal checks, user reports, keyboard review, mobile testing, and content audits.
Prioritize
Barriers affecting applications, verification, safeguarding, public documents, and essential contact routes receive priority.
Remediate
Templates, labels, focus order, contrast, content structure, and downloadable documents are corrected or replaced.
Publish
Material updates and future independent audit summaries will be published after institutional approval.
Last public review
Public accessibility controls were reviewed during the August 2026 review cycle. A date for an independent accessibility audit has not yet been published.
