MYCDIC welcomes serious applicants who can contribute to diplomacy, international cooperation, public service, peace, culture, research, communication, institutional work, and responsible international engagement. Applications are assessed on profile, integrity, competence, availability, institutional need, and the requirements of the selected route.
Open and equal access: MYCDIC does not impose a general eligibility condition solely on age, sex, gender, race, or ethnicity. Applicants must nevertheless have the legal capacity required for the role and satisfy applicable safeguarding, identity, integrity, and role-specific requirements.
Applicants from international relations, law, political science, economics, communication, technology, culture, public administration, and other relevant disciplines who can demonstrate seriousness and institutional commitment.
Diaspora applicants seeking to strengthen Morocco’s international engagement, contribute to public diplomacy, and build responsible bridges with institutions and communities abroad.
Employees and professionals from public, private, academic, technical, cultural, media, or other sectors who have an interest in international engagement and in contributing responsibly to the representation of their country, expertise, or community within the limits of an authorized MYCDIC role.
Professionals ready to contribute practical skills in projects, partnerships, public affairs, media, research, operations, policy, technology, or international programs.
People with community or civil-society experience, discipline, availability, and a commitment to constructive public service and responsible institutional conduct.
Experienced profiles able to provide strategic guidance, specialist knowledge, institutional support, professional advice, or mentoring through the Advisor route.
Non-Moroccan applicants may apply where they are connected to a country maintaining friendly, cooperative, or partner relations with Morocco and where their profile supports mutual respect, dialogue, peacebuilding, and constructive international cooperation. Eligibility remains subject to MYCDIC institutional and legal review.
MYCDIC membership and appointments are not automatic. Every application follows a controlled, route-specific process. Member and Both applicants move from the official receipt to an individualized Practical Assignment before interview, while Advisor applicants move through specialist profile review and interview without an automatic Practical Assignment.

Unless otherwise provided by an applicable appointment decision, a member mandate is normally one year and is renewable for further periods, subject to performance, conduct, institutional need, compliance with MYCDIC rules, and a decision by the competent authority.
Any breach of Council regulations may be referred to the Oversight and Disciplinary Committee for review and appropriate action.
The steps below summarize the internal review process. They do not create a right to admission, appointment, membership, or representation. The Membership Law and applicable internal decisions govern the full legal and procedural framework.
The file is received and initially reviewed by the Human Resources department.
The file may be referred to the Oversight Committee for legal, ethical, safeguarding, and compliance review.
A report may be submitted to the Central Administration with a careful profile and needs assessment.
The Council reviews departments, offices, and positions where there is an institutional need.
Member and Both applicants receive an individualized Practical Assignment by email as a personalized controlled PDF with a protected submission link. The standard submission window is seven days (168 hours) from controlled issuance. Advisor applicants proceed through specialist profile review. Neither route creates acceptance or membership at this stage.
For Member and Both applicants, the submitted Practical Assignment is reviewed before the interview stage. Advisor applicants proceed to interview after specialist profile review.
Office directors, the General Secretariat, and the oversight team may meet to review applicant files.
Accepted applicants may enter a two-month probation period in a specific position or functional assignment.
After confirmation, the member may serve for the applicable one-year mandate. The mandate is renewable for further periods subject to regulations, performance, conduct, institutional need, and a competent MYCDIC renewal decision.
