Research is reviewed for relevance, attribution and factual accuracy before publication. Records distinguish background material, findings, institutional analysis and recommendations. Where evidence is incomplete, the limitation should be stated in the publication.
Every approved publication has a stable record page. Corrections and replacement editions are managed from the publications registry, so readers can check the current version without relying on a circulated copy.
MYCDIC's publication programme separates research interpretation from formal decisions and policy positions. Each record should state its provenance and the limits of its evidence.
