Impact & Projects Observatory
The Projects Observatory is intended to make programme information more consistent and useful. A project entry should identify its owner, objective, stage, collaborators and evidence, and should not confuse proposed activities with delivered outcomes. The guide outlines reporting indicators, substantiated participation totals, correction of published results and the use of narrative evidence alongside figures. Partners’ contributions are described according to what has actually been agreed or completed. The observatory supports institutional learning and transparent reporting, rather than an independent certification of project impact.
