The MYCDIC identity must be used with accuracy, restraint, and institutional discipline. These guidelines apply to public materials, media work, documents, events, partnerships, certificates, digital platforms, and any communication using the Council name, logo, or visual identity.

Official MYCDIC identity

The MYCDIC logo, name, initials, official documents, certificates, visual elements, and public materials form part of the Council's institutional identity. They may only be used for approved, accurate, and non-misleading purposes.

Institutional status notice

MYCDIC is an international non-governmental youth organization registered in Spain and operating through its approved institutional structure. The use of Moroccan colors, national cultural references, or heraldic-style elements in the visual identity reflects the Council's Moroccan youth identity and international mission. It must not be presented as proof of governmental, diplomatic, consular, royal, ministerial, embassy, or public authority status.

Official colors

The color palette should be used consistently and with restraint. Public materials must remain formal, readable, and aligned with the Council's institutional image.

Logo Use only official files, original proportions, clear space, and readable placement. Stretching, recoloring, cutting, redrawing, filters, unofficial seals, or low-quality screenshots.
Name and initials Use the full name or MYCDIC initials accurately and only in approved contexts. Using the name to claim authority, membership, accreditation, office, partnership, or endorsement without approval.
Documents Use formal tone, official date, approved contact details, title hierarchy, and consistent footer. Informal language, exaggerated claims, missing source, altered certificates, or unapproved letterheads.
Social media Use verified information, institutional wording, and clear distinction between personal and official communication. Fake pages, unauthorized announcements, public disputes, political misuse, insults, or misleading representation.
Partnership materials Confirm partner names, roles, logo placement, publication language, and approval before release. Implied endorsement, false sponsorship, fundraising claims, or unapproved co-branding.
Photography and media Use respectful, contextual, high-quality images with appropriate consent, captions, and event accuracy. Misleading, private, sensitive, defamatory, low-quality, altered, or unverified images.

Permitted use

  • Approved MYCDIC publications, public reports, event materials, certificates, and official pages.
  • Partner or media materials after written approval from the competent MYCDIC authority.
  • Internal work by authorized members, officers, and teams within their assigned duties.

Prohibited use

  • Using the identity for personal gain, fundraising, visa claims, fake certificates, or unauthorized appointments.
  • Creating unofficial pages, domains, email addresses, cards, badges, documents, or committees using the MYCDIC identity.
  • Presenting MYCDIC as a government, royal, embassy, consular, diplomatic, ministerial, or public authority body.

Approval rule

Any public material carrying the MYCDIC name, logo, documents, certificates, or co-branding elements should be reviewed before publication when it relates to events, partners, media work, fundraising, official statements, public campaigns, or external institutions.

Misuse and enforcement

Misuse of the MYCDIC identity may lead to withdrawal of authorization, removal of materials, suspension of membership or cooperation, formal reporting to platforms or service providers, and legal action where necessary.

Public identity rule

No person or entity may use MYCDIC's identity to claim membership, diplomatic authority, official representation, partnership, fundraising authority, accreditation, appointment, or institutional endorsement without written validation from the competent MYCDIC authority.
