1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the official website of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation, also referred to as MYCDIC, the Council, we, our, or us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

These Terms apply to website visitors, applicants, members, volunteers, representatives, partners, donors, media users, and any person who uses, submits, downloads, publishes, quotes, shares, or relies on material connected with MYCDIC.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the website and refrain from submitting information, files, applications, or requests through its forms or official channels.

2. International Non-Governmental Youth Organization Status

MYCDIC is an international non-governmental youth organization registered in Spain and operating through its approved institutional structure. Unless expressly stated in an official written instrument, MYCDIC is not a ministry, embassy, consulate, public authority, royal institution, political party, diplomatic mission, government agency, university, international organization, or official body of the Kingdom of Morocco or any other State.

Any reference to Morocco, Moroccan youth, diplomacy, international cooperation, national heritage, public interest, or institutional engagement describes the Council's mission and identity. It does not create governmental authority, diplomatic status, state mandate, immunity, consular function, visa power, public office, or official representation of any government.

Cooperation with a public or private institution, attendance at an event, media appearance, meeting, courtesy visit, letter, photo, logo placement, or public mention does not create affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, mandate, or authority unless confirmed in a written agreement or official MYCDIC decision.

3. Moroccan Identity, National References, and Visual Symbols

MYCDIC's visual identity may include Moroccan colors, stars, cultural references, historical elements, heraldic inspiration, or other visual elements associated with Moroccan identity and heritage. These elements are used as part of the Council's identity, public mission, and international presentation.

The presence of such elements in MYCDIC materials must not be interpreted as a claim that MYCDIC is an official state body, royal institution, embassy, consulate, ministry, diplomatic mission, or public authority. No person may use MYCDIC's visual identity to create such an impression.

MYCDIC may revise, restrict, replace, remove, or regulate the use of any visual element if required by law, by institutional decision, or to avoid confusion with official governmental, royal, diplomatic, consular, military, or public authority symbols.

4. MYCDIC Name, Logo, Emblem, and Official Identity

The MYCDIC name, acronym, logo, emblem, badge, colors, typography, website design, documents, certificates, letterheads, email formats, social media identity, domain names, templates, visual materials, photographs, videos, and institutional content are protected elements of MYCDIC's official identity.

No person may copy, reproduce, modify, redraw, register, sell, publish, distribute, use, imitate, or create confusingly similar versions of MYCDIC's name, logo, emblem, documents, certificates, badges, official emails, pages, domains, or visual identity without prior written authorization from the competent MYCDIC authority.

• The logo may not be used on certificates, cards, letters, badges, uniforms, websites, social media pages, fundraising material, events, campaigns, or public statements without written authorization.
• The logo may not be altered, recolored, distorted, combined with other marks, used as a personal profile image, or presented as proof of public authority.
• The MYCDIC name may not be used to create unofficial branches, committees, representations, offices, accounts, domains, documents, or media channels.
• Any unauthorized use may be refused, reported, removed, documented, and referred for disciplinary, civil, administrative, or criminal action where applicable.

5. Authorized Representation and Official Capacity

Access to this website, membership interest, event participation, online application, public photo, personal relationship, past collaboration, internal discussion, or possession of MYCDIC material does not authorize anyone to represent MYCDIC.

Only persons expressly authorized by the competent MYCDIC authority may speak, sign, negotiate, appoint, certify, collect funds, create pages, open representations, issue statements, send official letters, publish institutional positions, or enter into commitments on behalf of MYCDIC.

Unauthorized acts are personal acts of the person who performs them. They do not bind MYCDIC, do not create obligations for MYCDIC, and may lead to removal, suspension, rejection, internal disciplinary measures, public clarification, reporting to platforms, and legal action.

6. Lawful Use of the Website

You agree to use the website, forms, downloads, pages, and communication channels lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the website to publish, send, upload, or transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, dashboards, servers, scripts, forms, databases, accounts, backups, administrative tools, or internal records without authorization.
• Interfere with the website's operation, security, availability, performance, code, forms, emails, payment systems, or official communications.
• Use scraping, bots, spam, fake submissions, repeated abusive messages, malware, phishing, credential harvesting, identity theft, or technical attacks.
• Misuse MYCDIC's name, logo, documents, email format, images, titles, or public identity to imply authority, endorsement, representation, or status that has not been granted.

7. Public Information and Website Content

The website is a public information and institutional communication platform. MYCDIC may update, correct, reorganize, archive, suspend, replace, or remove website content at any time for accuracy, governance, security, legal, operational, or reputational reasons.

Website content is not legal, financial, diplomatic, immigration, academic, tax, medical, employment, security, or professional advice. It does not replace official internal decisions, signed agreements, bylaws, membership law, disciplinary decisions, or specific written authorizations.

8. Official Documents, Certificates, and Downloads

MYCDIC may publish public documents, policies, notices, forms, certificates, transparency references, PDFs, media files, and downloadable materials. These materials may be summaries, public versions, extracts, approved copies, or informational resources.

No document, certificate, card, appointment letter, recommendation, badge, invitation, public notice, or authorization is valid unless it is issued through the competent MYCDIC authority and in accordance with MYCDIC procedures. MYCDIC may verify, revoke, correct, archive, or publicly clarify documents where necessary.

Forgery, alteration, resale, false certification, false appointment, unauthorized translation, unauthorized signature, or fraudulent presentation of MYCDIC documents may be documented and referred to competent authorities, platforms, institutions, or courts where appropriate.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating MYCDIC, its officers, members, committees, representations, offices, partners, or official channels.
• Creating fake pages, groups, accounts, websites, email addresses, domains, forms, payment links, documents, seals, certificates, badges, or offices using the MYCDIC name or logo.
• Collecting donations, fees, sponsorships, membership payments, travel costs, visa costs, or any funds in the name of MYCDIC without written authorization.
• Claiming diplomatic, governmental, royal, consular, immigration, public authority, or official state power through MYCDIC.
• Using MYCDIC to obtain visas, privileges, money, documents, invitations, employment, academic benefits, public authority access, or personal advantage through false or misleading claims.
• Publishing false statements, altered screenshots, fake decisions, misleading announcements, fabricated partnerships, or unauthorized appointments.

10. Defamation, Harassment, False Information, and Reputational Harm

Users, applicants, members, former members, partners, and third parties must not publish, send, share, encourage, or participate in defamatory, insulting, threatening, abusive, harassing, blackmailing, misleading, discriminatory, or malicious content against MYCDIC, its officers, members, representatives, partners, staff, volunteers, donors, or institutional reputation.

Public commentary must be lawful, factual, and respectful. False accusations, fabricated stories, manipulated documents, coordinated harassment, reputational attacks, unauthorized publication of private communications, threats, extortion, doxxing, and campaigns intended to damage MYCDIC may be preserved as evidence and referred to legal counsel, platforms, competent authorities, or courts where appropriate.

MYCDIC reserves the right to request correction, removal, retraction, platform moderation, right of reply, internal disciplinary action, compensation, or any other lawful remedy available under the applicable legal framework.

11. Internal Disruption, Parallel Structures, and Unauthorized Control

No person may use MYCDIC's name, structures, membership, documents, social media, offices, databases, contacts, events, committees, or internal communications to create confusion, seize authority, form parallel bodies, announce unauthorized decisions, undermine lawful governance, or disrupt the Council's operations.

• Creating or announcing parallel boards, offices, committees, directorates, representations, elections, appointments, disciplinary bodies, or leadership structures is prohibited unless authorized by the competent MYCDIC authority.
• Taking control of pages, groups, domains, emails, drives, documents, donations, databases, or passwords connected with MYCDIC without authorization is prohibited.
• Pressuring members, spreading internal rumors, fabricating decisions, blocking official work, or using internal disputes to harm the Council may lead to internal and legal measures.
• Unauthorized acts are not binding on MYCDIC and may be treated as personal acts of the persons involved.

12. Forms, Applications, Requests, and User Submissions

The website may include forms for membership applications, contact requests, partnership requests, President Office messages, representation requests, document requests, transparency inquiries, media reports, uploads, donations, or other official submissions.

By submitting information, you confirm that your submission is accurate, lawful, respectful, and that you have the right to provide the information and files submitted. MYCDIC may review, verify, archive, forward, accept, reject, ignore, delete, restrict, or request clarification regarding submissions where appropriate.

Submitting a form does not guarantee membership, appointment, response, partnership, sponsorship, certification, accreditation, invitation, publication, funding, reimbursement, participation, role, office, or acceptance.

MYCDIC may keep reasonable records of submissions for verification, governance, security, evidence, legal protection, administrative follow-up, and institutional archive purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Membership, Applications, and Internal Decisions

Membership applications, eligibility, review procedures, probation, annual contribution rules, exemptions, member duties, discipline, removal, office appointments, and internal consequences are governed by the applicable membership law, internal rules, public notices, and competent MYCDIC decisions.

A person must not present themselves as a MYCDIC member, representative, president, ambassador, adviser, director, delegate, coordinator, office holder, or authorized spokesperson unless this has been formally approved by the competent MYCDIC authority.

14. Partnerships, Cooperation, and External Relations

Partnership, cooperation, sponsorship, support, media, event, institutional collaboration, delegation, or external relations requests are subject to review. A request, meeting, call, message, social media interaction, logo exchange, photo, event attendance, or draft proposal does not create a legal obligation, partnership, endorsement, financial commitment, public affiliation, or official mandate.

Any partnership or cooperation must be confirmed through a written official instrument or competent MYCDIC decision. Unauthorized promises, signatures, sponsorship requests, or representations do not bind MYCDIC.

15. Donations, Payments, and Fundraising

Donations, payments, membership contributions, event fees, sponsorships, and financial support may only be requested or received through official MYCDIC channels and persons authorized for that purpose. MYCDIC does not recognize unauthorized fundraising campaigns, private payment links, personal bank accounts, informal cash collections, or third-party requests made in its name.

Any person who receives or requests money using the MYCDIC name, logo, documents, emails, or reputation without written authorization acts personally and may be subject to removal, reporting, legal action, and a public clarification by MYCDIC.

16. Media, Public Statements, and Social Platforms

Only authorized MYCDIC persons may publish official statements, press releases, institutional positions, media responses, public letters, partnership announcements, appointment announcements, or official clarifications on behalf of MYCDIC.

Personal opinions of members, volunteers, former members, partners, guests, or visitors do not represent MYCDIC unless expressly issued through an official channel. MYCDIC may request correction, removal, or clarification of content that misrepresents its position, identity, governance, or legal status.

17. Third-Party Links and External Services

This website may link to external websites, platforms, social networks, maps, videos, documents, forms, payment providers, analytics tools, hosting services, media platforms, or other third-party services. MYCDIC is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, decisions, or failures.

Accessing third-party services is done at your own responsibility and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the website may involve the collection and processing of personal data through contact forms, applications, uploads, partnership requests, donations, messages, technical metadata, logs, or other submissions.

19. Security, Evidence Preservation, and Restricted Access

MYCDIC may implement technical and administrative measures to protect the website, forms, content, records, dashboards, accounts, documents, emails, files, payment references, and systems. Unauthorized access attempts, abuse of forms, impersonation, fraudulent submissions, or technical interference may result in restriction, blocking, removal, reporting, suspension, or other appropriate action.

MYCDIC may preserve screenshots, URLs, messages, emails, IP logs, timestamps, metadata, payment references, public posts, documents, witness statements, and other records where necessary to protect its rights, investigate misconduct, respond to threats, prove misuse, or support legal proceedings.

20. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided for public information and institutional communication. MYCDIC does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, available, updated, secure, or free from technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MYCDIC is not liable for losses, damages, claims, reputational harm, financial loss, data loss, technical disruption, reliance on public content, external links, unauthorized acts of third parties, or user misuse of MYCDIC materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by mandatory law.

21. Enforcement Measures

Where these Terms are violated, MYCDIC may take one or more appropriate measures, including warning, removal of content, refusal of applications, suspension, termination of membership or access, public clarification, preservation of evidence, platform reports, service provider notices, legal notices, referral to counsel, complaints to competent authorities, or court action where applicable.

MYCDIC's decision not to act immediately against a violation does not waive its right to act later.

22. Translations and Language Versions

MYCDIC may provide content in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Tamazight, or other languages for accessibility and public communication. If a translation differs from the official published version, MYCDIC may correct it. The version expressly identified by MYCDIC as authoritative for a specific matter shall prevail.

23. Updates to These Terms

MYCDIC may update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect institutional changes, website updates, legal requirements, security needs, governance decisions, new public services, misuse risks, or changes to official procedures. The updated version will be published on this page with the relevant update date.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed, where applicable, by the laws of Spain and relevant European legal principles, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply in Morocco or another competent jurisdiction.

Any dispute connected with use of the website, identity misuse, documents, submissions, public content, unauthorized representation, defamation, donations, or digital misconduct should first be addressed through MYCDIC's official contact channels where appropriate. Where judicial or administrative action is required, competent authorities or courts may apply according to the applicable legal framework.
