Global Representation Network

The Council’s international network is a civil-society coordination structure. Country representations provide local points of contact for youth engagement, institutional partnerships and programmes, within the authority granted by MYCDIC. They do not exercise the powers of an embassy, consulate or government mission. The reference sets out the route from a representation proposal to an approved public listing. It explains the relationship between country offices, regional coordinators, the International Office and the central member registry, including appointment visibility and reporting requirements. External activities should have a documented responsible office, reliable correspondence records and an appropriate follow-up plan. The live network directory remains the source for current representatives and country-level activity.
