Appointment Notices Archive
Public appointment notices make formal role changes traceable when publication is authorised. The archive is a finding aid: a historical notice alone does not demonstrate that someone still holds the position. Records should identify the issuing office, relevant date, role and reference where this information may be disclosed. Corrections, withdrawals and superseding appointments must connect to the original notice without exposing private identification or application documents. The current Member and Appointment Registry remains the source for active institutional roles.
