General Secretariat

The General Secretariat supports the continuity of Council operations. Its functions include records and correspondence, administrative decisions, membership governance and controlled publication processes, as defined in the Council’s Office Registry. The office coordinates responsibilities across national, international and operational structures without converting every administrative action into a new strategic mandate. Official communications require the appropriate issuing identity and authorisation. The live registry shows current subordinate units and their reporting lines.
