Oversight, Ethics & Discipline
The Oversight Committee has a distinct function in the Council’s governance model. Its purpose is to support ethical standards, procedural fairness and the review of concerns according to the competences and safeguards set out in applicable internal rules. The published structure includes ethics and compliance and disciplinary review functions. Individual reports and evidence should not be reproduced in public office pages or made available to unauthorised personnel. This public reference explains organisational position, not the outcome of any case.

What this record can verify
A signed document result and a file checksum are not the same form of assurance.
Publication checksum matches
This November 2026 editorial edition has a recorded SHA-256 checksum, but it has not yet received an authorised institutional signature in the live Verification Center. A checksum comparison does not establish who approved or signed a document.
