Presidency & Presidential Office
The Presidency defines MYCDIC’s institutional direction and represents the Council within the limits of its civil-society mandate. Its work includes decisions on strategic priorities, authorised external engagement and oversight of executive coordination. The Presidential Office supports agenda management, authorised decisions and records of institutional follow-up. Department records and leader visibility are administered through the common Office Registry. This guide is a functional description; individual signing or appointment authority must be grounded in the applicable underlying decision.

What this record can verify
A signed document result and a file checksum are not the same form of assurance.
Publication checksum matches
This November 2026 editorial edition has a recorded SHA-256 checksum, but it has not yet received an authorised institutional signature in the live Verification Center. A checksum comparison does not establish who approved or signed a document.
