MYCDIC Academy
The MYCDIC Academy is developed around practical learning in leadership, diplomacy-related subjects, international cooperation and professional skills. Courses should explain their learning objectives, entry conditions, instructors and assessment requirements before enrolment. The guide addresses attendance, fair evaluation, safeguarding, records of completion and certificate verification. A Council training certificate attests only to the course and criteria stated on its record; it must not be described as a state degree or independent accreditation. Cooperation with training institutions should be governed by written terms defining responsibilities, publicity and use of names or logos.

What this record can verify
A signed document result and a file checksum are not the same form of assurance.
Publication checksum matches
This November 2026 editorial edition has a recorded SHA-256 checksum, but it has not yet received an authorised institutional signature in the live Verification Center. A checksum comparison does not establish who approved or signed a document.
