Royal Messages Archive
The archive helps readers locate public messages relevant to diplomacy, youth and Morocco’s institutional life. The authority of a statement belongs to its original issuing body, not to the Council’s index of it. The reference addresses source attribution, dates, translations, document provenance and correction of broken or inaccurate links. Archival texts should remain distinct from Council commentary or programme proposals. Original source documents, where published, are retained unchanged; this guide governs presentation and navigation only.
