Yassmine HOUMANE serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Cooperation at the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation (MYCDIC), where she supports the Council-wide development, structuring, evaluation, and institutional follow-up of strategic partnerships.
With a professional background spanning government, major international projects, contract management, commercial strategy, dispute resolution, engineering, and stakeholder engagement, she brings extensive experience in managing complex institutional and contractual environments.
She currently works as a Contracts Expert within the Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi and serves as a Mediator within the ADGM court-annexed mediation framework.
