Identify the responsible record

The Office Registry describes institutional units and reporting lines. The appointment register records individual mandates. The document register provides publication history and verification. These records serve different purposes and should not be substituted for one another.

Request a written confirmation

Where a partner requires additional due diligence, the General Secretariat may confirm a published reference through a formal information request. Sensitive data is not disclosed solely because a request mentions an institutional connection.
