MYCDIC considers cooperation proposals from suitable institutions and organisations whose objectives align with youth participation, research, education and international dialogue. A proposal does not imply an existing partnership or endorsement.

- Responsible sponsors able to support transparent projects without compromising institutional independence.
What to prepare
- Registered organisation name, country and contact person
- One-page concept note with specific cooperation objectives
- Indicative budget, contributions and desired timetable
From interest to an official decision
- Describe the proposal
Identify the organisation, the project objective, beneficiaries and the value for each party.
- Define feasibility and safeguards
Outline responsibilities, resources, timeline, reporting and any relevant restrictions.
- Complete institutional review
The Council may request clarification and due diligence before an authorised agreement is considered.
Only executed agreements and approved public records can be described as formal partnerships.
