Authenticate to open your official file
Use the permanent member ID, your verified member email and the personal reusable access code issued by the General Secretariat. Your institutional MYCDIC email can replace the verified email later when it is provisioned.

Use this channel for membership, appointment, document, access, or institutional support. Your permanent member identity is attached automatically; never send passwords or personal access codes.
Verify a leadership invitation
This route is reserved for Youth Ambassadors and approved senior officials. Ordinary members use the official-file area.
