A cross-sector policy field
Youth outcomes are shaped by education, labour, territorial development, social policy, culture, mobility and participation. Coordination is therefore as important as the design of individual programmes.
A source-led map of youth-policy questions, with emphasis on evidence, coordination and measurable public action.
Youth policy in Morocco is best understood as a cross-sector field rather than a single programme. Employment, education, training, participation, migration, entrepreneurship, social protection and territorial services are handled through multiple institutions and policy instruments. Recent HCP and ILO work on young people who are not in employment, education or training illustrates why better targeting and coordination are central policy questions. MYCDIC therefore maps evidence, institutions and policy themes rather than attributing all youth policy to one body.
Youth outcomes are shaped by education, labour, territorial development, social policy, culture, mobility and participation. Coordination is therefore as important as the design of individual programmes.
The 2026 NEET profiling work is an example of using segmentation and statistical evidence to improve targeting. Aggregate youth figures alone cannot identify which pathways require which interventions.
UN Youth2030 provides a global framework for youth engagement and accountability, but national policy choices must be interpreted within Morocco's own legal, institutional and territorial context.
This page is a public reference and analysis layer. It does not present MYCDIC as a state authority and does not replace official public-policy documents.
MYCDIC prioritizes official national sources and primary international institutional sources. Access dates are shown so readers can evaluate freshness.
